Important Academic Notice: Grade Inquiry, Course Evaluation, and Permanent Record Transfer

Overview (Please Read First)

 - To check your grades smoothly and raise any concerns in time, you must complete the Course Evaluation before the Grade Inquiry Period.

 - After grades are transferred to the permanent academic record, no changes are possible under any circumstances.

Please carefully review the information below and follow the timeline.

1. Course Evaluation (Lecture Satisfaction Survey) — First Step

  a. Evaluation Period 

From December 15, 2025 (Monday)

To January 17, 2026 (Wednesday)

  b. How to Complete the Evaluation

EDWARD System > Academic Administration > Classes > Course Evaluation Registration

  c. Important Notes

If you do not complete the course evaluation during this period, you will not be able to view your grades during the Grade Inquiry Period.

All evaluation responses are strictly confidential.

> We strongly recommend completing the course evaluation as early as possible.

2. Grade Inquiry Period — Second Step

  a. Period

From January 5, 2026 (Monday), 10:00 AM

Until January 7, 2026 (Wednesday), 11:59 PM

  b. How to Check Your Grades

EDWARD System > Academic Administration > Grades > Grade Processing > Current Semester Grade Inquiry

Grades will be available starting from 10:00 AM.

  c. Grade Objection

If you have any objections or questions regarding your grades, you must contact the course instructor directly during this period.

Please note that the International Office does not handle grade-related inquiries, as grading authority lies solely with the instructor.

3. Transfer to Permanent Academic Record — Final Step

  a. Date

From January 12, 2026 (Monday), 3:00 PM (tentative)

  b. Important Notice

Once grades are transferred to the permanent academic record, they cannot be changed under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.

After this transfer, grades can be viewed regardless of whether the course evaluation was completed.

4. Additional Information

  a. Students are strongly advised to:

    - complete the course evaluation early,

    - check their grades during the Grade Inquiry Period, and

    - contact the instructor immediately if there are any concerns.

  b. Official transcripts along with the exchange certificate will be sent by email by January 29, 2026.
