If you need a certificate of Pending ARC Issuance while waiting Alien Registration card
Here are the 2 steps:
1. Obtain your "Alien Registration Number" which will be available at International Affairs Team on September 29.
2. Visit the "Sindang-dong Community Service Center" to request and receive the Certificate of Pending ARC Issuance.
Please note that Alien Registration Number is issuing randomly, so when you visit on September 29, it may not yet have ben generated.
In any case, your Alien Registration Number will be available no later than October 1.
